Draft document, pending legal review. It was not written by a lawyer. We publish it anyway because we would rather have an incomplete, honest notice than none at all — and because it states exactly what is missing.

What this notice is missing, said by us
A complete legal notice has to identify whoever provides the service. Ours does not yet, and we don't want that read as an oversight: it is pending the platform having a legal form, and a lawyer reviewing which details should be published and how.
In the meantime: there is a contact channel that works, no data is collected from anyone, and no money moves in any direction. If any of that changes, this page changes first.
Privacy: what data we collect
None. And that isn't a figure of speech: it is a technical description of how this site is built.
- We use no cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party. That is why you won't see a banner asking your permission.
- There is no analytics: no Google Analytics or equivalent.
- We load nothing from anyone else's servers: no typefaces, no scripts, no images, no embedded video. Your browser only talks to this domain.
- There are no forms, and nowhere for you to leave us any data.
The hosting provider may log accesses for technical and security reasons, as any web server does.
When this changes, we'll say so here
Some branches are expected to rely on third-party services —a petition platform, or a video upload form, for instance. The day any of them goes live, this page will be updated beforehand to explain which service it is, what data it processes and what you can do about it. No integration is active today.

The texts on this site are published to be spread: you may quote, share and translate them, citing the source. The reference text is the Spanish version; translations derive from it.
When we publish a figure, we publish its source and date alongside it. If you find a figure misquoted on this site, that is an error we want to fix.
